The Supervision and Performance Management Workshop, a two-day training presented by Department of Human Resources staff, covers the basics of supervision and the essentials of supervising in Los Angeles County today. The workshop is intended for supervisors and managers and those who may be moving into supervisory positions. It is designed to provide an overview of supervisory skills and information necessary to succeed and to enhance those skills already acquired through experience.
