Selection Interviewing is a half-day workshop intended for supervisors, managers, human resources staff and analysts. Interview methods are essential in examinations, selecting staff, and even in collecting job analysis information. Department of Human Resources staff will lead participants toward an understanding of appropriate skills that interviews measure, teach them the advantages and disadvantages, and cover the relationship between job analysis and interviews, and legal issues that they must know.
