The Countywide New Employee Orientation is a full-day workshop presented by staff from the Department of Human Resources, the Chief Executive Office, LACERA, and OAAC. It is intended for newly appointed permanent employees of Los Angeles County. The workshop was designed to provide participants with an understanding of how we each contribute to fulfilling the County Vision, what is expected of us in the delivery of service to our customers, and the benefits and career advancement opportunities offered through County employment.
