The Management Appraisal & Performance Plan Orientation is a three-hour class presented by Department of Human Resources staff and is intended for new participants in the MAPP program. Participants will learn how the program was designed to incorporate County and departmental strategic directions into individual annual goals and performance expectations. The class will include practice in writing measurable goals. Information will also be provided on the mechanics of the rating process and how performance is linked to pay.
