The Orientation to Basic Principles of County Contracting is a two-day workshop consisting of classroom instruction, lecture, and group exercises. The workshop is targeted for Program Managers and line staff assigned to contracting functions, including contract administration, monitoring, and/or compliance.

The workshop will cover the following topics:

  • Auditing the Solicitation Process

This program is a collaborative project designed by County subject matter experts from the Internal Services Department, County Counsel, Auditor-Controller, and the Department of Human Resources.
